What is Eagle Supply?

About Eagle Supply:
Eagle is the original hand-poured wheel company revolutionizing freestyle scooter riding since 2007. Eagle Supply wheels are formulated and manufactured with a proprietary method, which avoids shape constraining molds and urethane compositions used by other scooter wheel brands made in China. Wheel shapes are customized to keep up with what the Eagle team riders are asking for. Eagle is dedicated to making the fastest, longest lasting wheels available.
Ride the best. Ride Eagle Supply

Eagle Supply is part of the FSP Group.

I know Eagle has been in the game since birth, but when did it really start?

A tight-knit crew of progressive minds championed Eagle Supply: Marcel, Anoeska, and Henk Oosterveen. As a family dedicated to living healthy, active lifestyles, they were united by a desire to constantly innovate.
And this is how:

  • In ‘93, the Oosterveens formed the FSP Group, a core scooter brand from the FSP (Fun Sports Poortugaal) Group
  • FSP was then recognized for consistently improving the urethane wheels used in roller skiing
  • By 2008 FSP became a leader in action sports wheel production and developed Eagle Wheels
  • Eagle wheels then sets the bar for high quality freestyle scooter wheel craftsmanship
  • The name was changed in 2014 to Eagle Supply

Do Eagle Products come with a warranty?

Yah of course, we offer a 90-day warranty on all our parts and products. SEE ALL THE DETAILS HERE

Can you send me a replacement part?

Unfortunately, we can’t send replacement parts directly. What you can do is contact all warranty cases or questions to the shop where you purchased the part first. If that’s not possible then contact the distributor of your country. To make everyone’s life easier, please try and provide as much relevant information about your Eagle Supply product as possible. That helps the right person know exactly what needs to be replaced and sent to you a.s.a.p.

I think my product is defected, what do I do?

We have experienced inspectors that on a case-by-case basis evaluate warranty claims. If we decide your wheel/product is defective, we will replace your product with a similar available product at our discretion. If we determine your product was not defective, our customer service staff will be happy to recommend a product that will better fit your needs. All Eagle Supply products are warranted against breaking and/or manufacturing defects for the useful life of the product and according to our warranty terms. This means that we’ll give you a new product according to our warranties, if yours is defective. It does not mean our products are totally indestructible.

What does the warranty NOT cover?

Your product is not warranted for the following:

  • Rail damage, scratches, and minor chips from impact. Wheels get beat up. If you want your wheels to look brand new forever: buy an extra one and don’t ride it ;)
  • Snapped or cracked wheels due to impact. Jumping off stuff, even flat ground, can and will break your product if you don’t land right. Land on the bolts and bend those knees!
  • Intentional breakage. We’ll know it when we see it.
  • Scooters that have been run over by a car or something similar.
  • The warranty is violated when other brands are used than Eagle®. We’re not responsible for the failure of/by other brands.

What is the six-month limited warranty?

For a period of six (6) months from the date of purchase by the original Purchaser, Eagle Supply® warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship. This warranty is not transferable to any subsequent owner.

This warranty does not cover
I) normal wear and tear;
II) improper assembly;
III) failure to perform or improper maintenance;
IV) the installation of components, parts, or accessories not provided by Eagle Supply®
V) damage or failure due to accident, misuse, abuse, or neglect;
VI) labor charges for part replacement.

Do I need a proof of purchase? What is that exactly?

Yah, if you wanna warranty claim your gonna need a proof of purchase. This can be an original receipt or an invoice from where you purchased the product and return it to the original place you bought it.

My scooter got stolen can I get new wheels from you?

No, we have a limitation of liability and under no circumstance will Eagle or any seller of its products be liable for any special, incidental or consequential loss and/or damages.
